What if popular YouTube stars suddenly started to come out the internet and down to the very surface of the analog world to meet their fans, clients and random pedestrians? What if these idols moved from producing videos to designing their own fashion brands, headphones and other merchandise? Chances are that wherever they showed up, all hell would break loose. Which is exactly why we did just that. Accompanied by a transregional OOH campaign, we set up two different POP UP STORES in Berlin and Cologne, custom-designed to match the style of the stars and to sell their products for a limited time of 24 hours only. The hands-on concept won the hearts of countless fans and created countrywide visibility for the influence and importance of the new stars of the YouTube generation.
